Referral rewards are subject to verification and our referral program terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Fraudulent referrals will result in account termination.

The Service, its design, and original content are owned by Talent@. Job listings are sourced from third parties and remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that job listings are current, accurate, or complete. We are not responsible for hiring decisions made based on information found on the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talent@ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notice.
