Learn about BAP Program HERE   Who may apply  Current university students and recent graduates About Affiliates Marketing (Taiwan) Team This role focuses on developing creative promotional ideas for the local market, including both online and offline advertising and event initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure promotional activities are effective, on-brand, and performance-driven.

Responsibilities:

Grow paid advertising and partnership channels by delivering creative concepts aligned with market trends and campaign objectives.

Support the planning and execution of campaigns and offline events.

Manage partner negotiations, onboarding processes, and related documentation when required.

Execute promotional campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and performance optimization.

Build performance reports using data insights to continuously optimize channel and event effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Experience growing paid advertising and partnership channels with creative, market-aligned campaigns.

Skilled in planning and executing marketing campaigns and offline events.

Ability to manage partner negotiations, onboarding, and related documentation.

Strong focus on ROI-driven promotional campaign execution and optimization.

Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting to improve channel and event effectiveness.
