Position Summary

We are seeking an in-office NYC-based Marketing Manager who can execute at a high level, understands finance, DeFi, and stablecoins in depth, and can turn that knowledge into measurable growth. This is a hands-on role where you will plan, create, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms while maintaining the trust and voice of our community.

Requirements

Deep understanding of finance, DeFi, and stablecoins, with product-level expertise
Ability to design and run social campaigns across X, LinkedIn, and Farcaster
Proven ability to execute independently and quickly earn trust within a team
Strong content writer who can produce original material without AI, using AI only for speed and enhancement
Experienced community manager comfortable leading English- and Chinese-speaking moderators
Meticulous planner with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Bonus Skills

Proficiency in SEO, including LLM-driven SEO, with the ability to scale content for Reddit and other channels
Familiarity with automation workflows such as n8n or Zapier
Ability to create or direct high-quality short-form video content
Strong grasp of analytics and backend tools including Google Analytics, Cookie3, and Ahrefs
