Location: On-site, Singapore

Compensation: 7,000 12,000 SGD/month + equity

Were looking for a delightfully lazy engineer the kind who automates anything done twice, stays curious about new tech but knows when to keep it simple, and enjoys building smooth, intuitive products that people actually love using.

**Role Responsibilities**

Youll be building the backbone of the protocol the systems that make everything tick. On any given day, you might:

• Ship new features for a consumer-facing product at lightning speed.

• Hunt down and squash technical issues before they cause chaos.

• Collaborate with product, ops, and smart contract teams to bring ideas to life.

• Design and build systems using proven tools no need to reinvent the wheel.

• Contribute to protocol design and architecture discussions.

• Write documentation so clear your future self will thank you.

**Technical Requirements**

• 1+ year building production-grade, user-facing web apps with Golang / Python / TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js.

• Solid SQL/PostgreSQL fundamentals schema design, indexing, transactions, migrations.

• Experience with real-time, event-driven systems.

• Strong API design skills and familiarity with best practices.

• Practical DevOps know-how: Docker, CI/CD, and deployments to AWS/GCP.

• Bonus: experience building AI-driven or agentic systems.

• Comfortable sharing knowledge through PRs, changelogs, docs, or even memes if they help.

Soft Skills

Were a small, flat team, so independence, curiosity, and communication go a long way. You should:

• Care deeply about code quality security, performance, and maintainability.
