Job Description

Role (Global / Remote)

We are seeking a community moderator to be the first line of support and manage day-to- day activity across our Discord server and Telegram group, ensuring members feel heard, respected, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Discord and Telegram channels daily and respond to questions in a timely manner

• Triage and escalate urgent issues, complex cases to senior staff

• Assist with community events, AMAs, and announcements

Requirements

• Active daily presence on Discord and Telegram

• Strong written communication skills in English

• Ability to handle conflict professionally and de-escalate situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with community management or customer support

• Knowledge of perpetual futures and RWA markets (Commodities, FX)

• Availability across multiple time zones
