Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for Service Requests related to hardware, software, applications, and network issuesTroubleshoot and resolve incidents using available tools and best practicesEscalate and route incidents to appropriate teams when necessary while retaining ownershipEnsure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed service levelsMaintain a strong security-first mindset in all support activitiesAssist in defining and improving IT operating procedures and documentationContribute to internal knowledge-sharing platforms and documentation updatesMonitor systems and services, identifying trends and potential problem areasSupport IT Operations initiatives across multiple departmentsCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldStrong hands-on experience with macOS (OSX) and iOS devicesProven experience managing:Google Workspace (Google Admin)OktaAtlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)Solid understanding of networking fundamentals:DHCP, LAN/WANActive Directory / Access PointsIPSec VPNNetwork monitoring & security principlesStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills in English
