Job Description

The world of digital assets is accelerating in speed, magnitude, and complexity, opening the door to new ways for leveraging the blockchain. Fireblocks’ platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets and it trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and thousands more.

About the Role

Fireblocks is seeking a highly technical, partner-facing Integration Engineer to join our Network team. In this role, you will be the primary technical driver for onboarding partners to the Fireblocks Network and maintaining quality and product excellence with existing partners.

You aren't just following a manual; you are a technical consultant, a troubleshooter, and a bridge builder. You will work closely with R&D, Product, and Business, ensuring that every provider integration is seamless, secure, and scalable.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Integration Lifecycle: Lead partners from initial discovery through to production go-live, serving as their dedicated technical Point of Contact.
  • Act as Tier 1 R&D: Deep-dive into the code to answer complex architectural questions. You’ll debug, write code, analyze API logs, and solve technical hurdles.
  • Bridge the Gap: Translate business needs into technical requirements. You’ll help partners understand how to map their existing infrastructure to our protocol.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work hand-in-hand with Product to relay feedback from the field and with Business to ensure the provider’s commercial goals are met.
  • Scale the Process: Develop technical documentation, tools, and integration best practices to streamline the onboarding process and making it more intuitive.

Who You Are

  • Passionate About Tech: You can discuss technical details with R&D engineers as well as explain in simple terms to customers and partners.
  • Problem Solver: You have a "builder" mindset. You are customer-focused and proactive in finding a solution or mitigation to every issue that comes your way.
  • Client-Centric: You understand that your success is directly tied to the success of our partners.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience: 2+ in Software engineering (ideally in FinTech, Cyber, or Crypto).
  • Tech Stack: Strong proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and at least one programming language such as; Java, C#, Typescript.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with digital assets, blockchain technology, or institutional finance workflows is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Fireblocks' mission is to enable every business to easily and securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. In order to do that, we strongly believe our workforce should be as diverse as our clients, and this is why we embrace diversity and inclusion in all its forms.
