We're looking for a product designer who can help us 10× the product. You'll work directly with the founding team to design core features and experiences that make AI-first software development feel intuitive and powerful. This means designing for professional developers today while creating pathways for builders of tomorrow.
Design and ship features that define how humans and AI collaborate to build software
Own end-to-end design for key product areas – from initial concept through implementation and iteration
Solve complex UX challenges at the intersection of AI capabilities and human intent
Create interaction patterns and design systems that scale across increasingly sophisticated AI workflows
Partner closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and rapid iteration
Use data and user feedback to validate designs and identify opportunities for improvement
You have 3+ years of product design experience shipping software people love
You've designed developer tools, technical products, or complex enterprise software
You think in systems and can balance immediate user needs with long-term product vision
You're comfortable with ambiguity and can drive clarity through design
You can move between high-level strategy and pixel-perfect execution
You understand or are eager to learn about code, AI, and how developers work
You have strong opinions but hold them loosely – you're open to being wrong
