Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a master at multitasking, communication, and discretion, with the ability to anticipate their executives' needs and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills and a willingness to go above-and-beyond to support your executives. 

Main Responsibilities

• Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage multiple executive's complex schedules, strategically prioritize meetings and protect time to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Communication & Correspondence: Handle and prioritize emails, communicate updates, decisions, and action items. Follow up to ensure tasks are completed.
• Meeting Support: Prepare agendas and follow up on action items as needed. Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
• Travel Coordination: Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries and expense reporting.
• Confidential Support: Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
• Project Management: Assist with strategic projects, internal initiatives, and research tasks as directed.
• Liaison Role: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.

• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced industry, such as in finance / technology / AI / startup 
• Clear and upfront communicator who can comfortably operate with ambiguity 
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, detail-oriented without missing important scheduling or travel details, and prioritize effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional communicator.
