Job Description:
The Senior Manager of V-BAT (UAS) Product Fulfillment will lead a high-performing team responsible for the end-to-end fulfillment of V-BAT and associated systems. This critical role drives the seamless delivery of finished goods, final vehicle configuration validation, sales order execution, factory acceptance procedures and inventory administration to meet customer commitments and support business growth in the dynamic unmanned aviation sector.

What you'll do:

  • Lead a high-performing fulfillment organization responsible for delivering properly configured V-BAT hardware in standardized, customer-ready pack-ups to external customers, ensuring consistency, reliability, and exceptional service.
  • Provide strategic oversight of external customer finished goods inventory control, sales order fulfillment, optimizing availability, minimizing risks, and supporting business growth through customer satisfaction.
  • Partner closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to drive product conformance to rigorous standards, resolve issues proactively, and maintain the highest levels of quality and compliance.
  • Spearhead multiple concurrent projects and initiatives, prioritizing resources, managing timelines, and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes and systems to consistently exceed customer service standards while accommodating the demands of a rapidly expanding business.
  • Champion continuous improvement efforts across delivery performance, product quality, conformance, and overall customer experience, leveraging lean principles, metrics-driven analysis, and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and delight customers.
  • Conduct and lead Sales Order Factory Acceptance operations, including on-site inventories and demonstrations with external customers present, to validate configurations, secure acceptance, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop direct reports, fostering a high-accountability culture focused on professional growth, teamwork, and operational excellence.
  • Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of related professional experience
  • Proven project and/or program management experience, including successfully managing schedules, budgets, resources, and multidisciplinary/cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience in aviation or aerospace product delivery, with strong ability to coordinate complex work across multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency and excellent skills using the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) for reporting, analysis, and communication
  • Strong leadership capabilities, including excellent time management, organization, team management, and the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to independently lead and run complex projects or programs consisting of multiple interrelated initiatives in a largely self-directed manner
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and prepare professional documentation
  • A strong track record of hard work, reliability, trustworthiness as a teammate, holding self and others to high standards of excellence, and demonstrating kindness and respect toward colleagues
  • Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience with a military maintenance organization
  • Experience in the field of Aviation or Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)
