Who You Are:

Galaxy Custody Infrastructure is seeking a talented Solution Engineer to join our global team, supporting our activities across Asia. You will play a key role in leading pre-sales engagements, and providing expert customer success, while collaborating closely with global teams to deliver secure, customized blockchain solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with the sales team to deliver product demonstrations and address technical questions during the sales process
Build strong relationships with potential clients to ensure a deep understanding of the product and its capabilities.
Provide ongoing support to customers across the region, including troubleshooting, training and guidance on proper product use to ensure satisfaction and successful product adoption.
Work closely with product and development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement.
Provide support to local customers.
Drive revenue and growth opportunities with existing customers.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales or Solution Engineer, plus experience in Customer Success and Support Engineer or Implementation
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in operation systems (Linux), networking, system integration, API, software troubleshooting, and problem-solving methodologies
Experience with cloud technologies
Strong customer service skills with a focus on effective communication and patience in resolving customer concerns
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a collaborative environment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effective time management and task prioritization
Experience working with clients in international markets, preferably within Asia
Familiarity with blockchain technologies or financial markets experience is a plus
Fluency in English is required; additional Asian languages (e.g., Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) are a plus
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
