Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager with 2–3 years of experience to join our Human Security Products division at Abnormal AI.

This team builds products that protect organizations from modern phishing and collaboration-based threats. We work closely with engineering, sales, and customers, and we ship improvements continuously.

This is a strong execution role. You’ll work on real features, real customer problems, and see your work go live quickly. You’ll be coached and supported, but you’ll also be trusted with ownership early.

What You’ll Work On

  • Drive feature development from problem definition to release

  • Write clear, structured PRDs and collaborate closely with engineering

  • Use AI tools (V0, Claude, ChatGPT, Glean etc.) to prototype ideas and improve clarity

  • Improve POV flows, activation, and product adoption

  • Partner with PMM and GTM teams to refine messaging and usability

  • Analyze usage metrics and identify product improvements

  • Contribute to roadmap discussions and planning

You’ll spend most of your time building and shipping, not just coordinating.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of Product Management experience

  • Strong ownership mindset - you take initiative and follow through

  • Good written communication and structured thinking

  • Comfortable working closely with engineers on detailed problems

  • Curious, coachable, and open to feedback

  • Excited about using AI tools to move faster

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or security is helpful, but not required.

Growth & Support

You’ll be directly mentored by your PM Manager and exposed to:

  • Customer conversations

  • GTM alignment

  • Product strategy discussions

  • Cross-functional collaboration

This is a role for someone who wants to grow quickly by doing meaningful work.

Why This Role

  • You’ll work on security products solving real-world problems

  • You’ll ship frequently and see direct impact

  • You’ll learn how product works end-to-end in a fast-moving environment

  • You’ll have the autonomy to take ownership, with guidance when needed
