**About the Company**

Our client is a proprietary high-frequency algorithmic trading firm focusing on digital assets, specializing in market making and liquidity provision across all major blockchains and centralized exchanges. By focusing on cutting-edge low-latency and high-throughput technologies, they play a crucial role in market stability and efficiency.

**Location:** Asia or Europe

**Type:** Full-time

They're looking for a DeFi degen with a passion for solving puzzles. Someone who enjoys deep diving into the fundamental building blocks of a chain, building systems and trading.

**What You'll Work On**

• Develop trading components across the whole stack, including market data, risk management, infrastructure (on/offchain) and execution
• Expand onto new chains and protocols
• Write and optimize smart contracts
• Constantly be on the lookout for profitable integrations, new blockchain developments, and protocols

**What We're Looking For**

• Proficiency with one of the following languages: Rust, Python, Go, Java
• Understanding of blockchain and smart contract fundamentals
• Basic understanding of statistics and quantitative/analytical skills
• Confidence in working with Unix, Git
• A passion for learning about chain and protocol microstructure and design

**This Role Could Be a Good Fit If You**

• Have a high level understanding of algorithmic, high frequency, and quantitative trading
