About the job

The Engagement Manager will lead the implementation journey of tokenization projects based on Hadron for institutional clients, acting as the primary technical and business point of contact throughout onboarding and early operations.

This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition from contract signature through the first production token issuance and continuous monitoring of the initiative, maintaining alignment across stakeholders, and coordinating execution across internal teams, client counterparts, and external partners.

As Engagement Manager, you can expect to work with global institutional clients across multiple geographies and asset classes on complex tokenization initiatives involving digital asset issuance, custody frameworks, and integration into existing financial infrastructures within a regulated and rapidly evolving environment.

This role offers the opportunity to actively shape how institutions adopt tokenized assets, operating in a fully remote setup with flexible global collaboration. As the scope and volume of implementations grow, there is a clear path to evolve into broader technical strategy or client success leadership roles.


Responsibilities

Before the engagement (pre-sales)

  • Assist Expansion Managers in preparing and conducting demos

  • As consultant, propose solutions during pre-sales phase of the engagement

  • Assist in defining the engagement scope, ensuring it’s correctly reflected in the Client agreement

Onboarding & Integration

  • Lead project kickoffs and define the integration roadmap with clients

  • Guide clients through API documentation, sandbox testing, and UAT

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot client integration issues

  • Coordinate between clients, engineering teams, and external infrastructure partners during integrations

  • Track onboarding progress, milestones, and dependencies to ensure clients reach production within expected timelines

  • Prepare clients for production launch and conduct monitoring and hyper-care after launch

  • Maintain an enterprise-grade, consulting-like knowledge base around implementation use cases

  • Create integration documentation and operational runbooks and adapt them as needed to tailor each client implementation

Client Communication & Problem-Solving

  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the execution of the engagement

  • Translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders

  • Identify integration pain points and escalate product feedback

  • Proactively communicate timelines, blockers, and dependencies

  • Support transition clients to self-service with comprehensive documentation

  • Proactively identify up- and cross-sell opportunities, to be passed on to Expansion Managers

What You Won’t Do

  • Write or audit smart contracts (clients own their tokenomics)

  • Perform regulatory or legal structuring

  • Build custom features or bespoke integrations
