Polymarket is the world’s largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized “house,” Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.
We're growing fast – both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.
We're hiring a VP of Product at Polymarket. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you'll define the product vision, build the product team, and shape how millions of people experience prediction markets.
We're not looking for someone to manage a backlog. We're looking for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, builds conviction from first principles, and knows how to turn bold ideas into shipped products.
You'll partner deeply with our Founder and our engineering, design, and data teams, owning the product function end-to-end: from strategy and roadmap through execution, hiring, and iteration.
Lead product strategy and vision. Define a clear, compelling product direction aligned with Polymarket's growth ambitions. Translate business goals into a prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap. Communicate direction clearly across the company.
Own product end-to-end. Drive product development across core experiences - trading flows, onboarding, discovery, growth surfaces, and new product ideas. Own the full lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration, maintaining a high bar for clarity, usability, and speed.
Build and lead the product team. Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers. Build a culture of strong craft, fast iteration, and rigorous thinking about user problems and business outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner deeply with engineering, design, data, CX, and leadership to shape the roadmap and ship best-in-class products. Serve as connective tissue between strategy and execution.
Develop deep user and market insight. Build real intuition for Polymarket users - traders, news readers, power users, and newcomers alike. Use qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions and build conviction.

Highly product-minded, meticulous about execution, and obsessed with clarity, simplicity, and user trust

A talent magnet: you love hiring, mentoring, and building great teams, and you have a roster of people who'd want to work with you again
Bonus: experience with finance, markets, trading products, crypto, or DeFi
Bonus: deep curiosity about prediction markets, incentives, and the future of truth
