What you'll do:
Support planning and operational governance for the Marketing organization at Shield AI
Partner with Marketing leadership to help develop annual and quarterly operating plans, define metrics and targets, and track progress against goals
Manage cross-functional marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams including Marketing, Business Development, and Finance
Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that track performance across the marketing funnel
Conduct data analysis and develop insights that inform marketing strategy, budget allocation, and campaign effectiveness
Develop and maintain data pipelines and data warehouse infrastructure that enable scalable marketing analytics
Partner with Marketing Operations to improve data quality, instrumentation, and measurement across digital and field marketing programs
Support preparation of executive updates, business reviews, and strategic analyses for Marketing leadership
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency across the Marketing organization
Required qualifications:
5–8 years of experience in marketing strategy, marketing operations, analytics, strategy consulting, or similar roles
Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
Hands-on data analysis experience, including SQL and working with large datasets
Experience building or maintaining ETL pipelines, data models, or analytics infrastructure
Experience working with marketing analytics tools such as Google BigQuery, Google Analytics, Marketo, Looker Studio / Tableau, and Salesforce
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Highly proactive, self-starting, and able to operate with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in both B2B and B2C marketing environments
Experience supporting strategic planning or operational planning processes
Familiarity with marketing funnel measurement and attribution models
Experience using AI/automation tools to improve analytics, reporting, or marketing workflows
