Company Analysis
How are these scores calculated?
Growth — Based on funding stage maturity + "High Growth" and "IPO Soon" signals. Late-stage high-growth companies score highest.
Compensation — Based on Glassdoor compensation ratings when available, combined with funding stage, unicorn status, and salary range data. Public/pre-IPO companies score highest by default.
Culture — Primarily driven by Glassdoor employee ratings (4.3+ = 5, 3.8+ = 4, 3.3+ = 3, 2.8+ = 2). Falls back to stage-based estimates when no rating is available.
Stability — Weighted heavily on layoff history and average employee tenure, combined with revenue status and company maturity. Recent layoffs (-2), talent drain/leadership departures (-1), low tenure under 1yr (-2) or 1.5yr (-1), high tenure 3yr+ (+1) or 4yr+ (+2).
Opportunity — Career upside from growth trajectory, team size (small teams +1, large corps -1), unicorn status, IPO proximity, and industry CAGR (AI/Robotics +1, mature sectors -1).
Scores range from 1-5. Companies with manually curated scores override the auto-generated values.
